Eva Meyer has worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist for over 15 years, specializing in one to one personal training (including couples) and outdoor group training and workout sessions.
Her experience covers working with a range of abilities and levels, beginners, clients undergoing pre and postnatal rehabilitation, athletes with specific goals or individuals who wish to train for ‘special occasions’ whether it be a wedding or a marathon. The training is built around Pilates which was devised by Joseph Pilates. It is great for strengthening core muscle and recommended for bad backs.
Breathing and alignment are emphasised to improve general strength and stamina.
Eva has worked in the City for respectable fitness studios, such as Virgin Classic (Bank) and well known hotels such as 51 Buckingham Gate (Taj Groups). Her clients describe her as “very professional, enthusiastic and her workouts are unique and creative.”
